1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 33xxx — whether through the website, mobile browser or the 33xxx app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When that happens, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use 33xxx after a change is published means you accept the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use 33xxx you must:

• Be aged 18 years or older at the time of registration.
• Be a real individual — corporate or automated registrations are not permitted.
• Not be self-excluded from gaming platforms or restricted by any personal gaming limit you have set previously.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at any point 33xxx requests identity verification.

33xxx does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the payment source after deducting any bonuses received.

3Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one account on 33xxx. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering you must provide:

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 33xxx will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure. 4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 33xxx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing. You must only deposit money that belongs to you and that you can afford to lose. 33xxx does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity. Any deposit found to originate from such sources will result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

5Bonuses and Promotions

33xxx offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the time the offer is made. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credited to your account for use on eligible games only.

• RNG-based games use certified random number generation. Outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live Casino games are conducted by trained human dealers over verified live streams.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes refunded. 33xxx's decision on such matters is final.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or unintended promotions is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit may be voided.

All bets placed on 33xxx are final once confirmed by the system. If a game result is later found to be subject to an error in settlement, 33xxx reserves the right to correct the result and adjust account balances accordingly.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 33xxx and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal referral where appropriate:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in games where collaboration provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or process illicit funds through the platform.
• Using another person's account or payment method without their knowledge and consent.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 33xxx staff or other platform users.

8Responsible Gaming

• A self-exclusion request is received from the account holder.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support. If your account holds a verified positive PKR balance at the time of closure, that balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

10Privacy and Data

33xxx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. Key points include:

11Limitation of Liability
